HELLO, I´M KELLY!
I help people just like you live better, one lifestyle change at a time.
First and foremost, I am a wife and mom of two who has a passion for assisting those struggling with their mental well-being. After seeing many of my loved ones struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, and conversion disorder. This ignited a fire in me to find better ways to support people through their healing journeys outside of traditional medicine.
I draw on my experience as a Registered Practical Nurse and my knowledge of holistic practices to help my clients gain control over their symptoms. I have specialized in Holistic Nurse Coaching through The Canadian Institute of Integrative Nursing Development & Education to be able to provide this much needed support.
Mental illness goes beyond the symptoms and is not a one-fits-all approach. It takes looking at everything that makes you who you are and what you have been through to get to the root cause and help to find harmony and balance. At Elevate Wellness, I believe that all aspects of your life influence the path to recovery – so we work together to create holistic plans for long term healing.

Healthy Eating
Believe it or not, healing starts in your gut! If you want to be healthy, you need to make sure you are set up to be healthy. The best place to start is in the kitchen, preparing nutrient-dense meals to support your overall wellness.
Sleep
Sleep is vital for better mental health, it increases concentration and memory, supports a healthier immune system, reduces stress, and improves mood.
Manage Stress
Stress wreaks havoc on the body, and is a major factor in numerous health issues. Finding ways to deal with stress more effectively is a crucial part of managing our mental wellbeing.
Movement
Exercise is so important, it gets energy flowing around your body, calms your mind, boosts your metabolism and releases natural endorphins to make you feel amazing.
Self care
Self care is vital to improving your energy, lowering stress and anxiety, and boosting your self-esteem. You can start by taking a walk in nature.
Minset
Mindset will take control of these unconscious thought patterns and create new, positive mental behaviours that will help you become the person you want to be.

IF I WASN´T A COACH...
I’d probably still be nursing in the traditional sense. I love making a positive impact on people’s lives when they need it the most.
MY FAV MUSIC BANDS...
I have to say I love all sorts of music. I love listening to Jelly Roll, Kid Cudi, Nahko Bear and French Montana just to name a few.
I´M MOST THANKFUL FOR...
My family! My husband, two grown children, and my fur baby are absolutely everything to me. Plus, I would’t be where I am today without my family and friends.
I LOVE TO EAT...
Anything Mediterranean or Mexican and who can say no to french fries.
IDEAL VACATION...
Anywhere with good people and good food. I love being able to find the little places the locals don’t want you to know about.
